An FMCG giant needed a way to track secondary sales and reward loyal consumers across Tanzania. The challenge was to create a system that worked for everyone—regardless of their phone type or internet access.
Bramex developed a dedicated USSD gateway integrated with major mobile networks. Consumers would find a code inside the product packaging, dial the code, and receive instant feedback or airtime rewards.
